VARCA STUDIOS: MERCHANDISING STRATEGY

For my senior-year Capstone in our Concept-to-Consumer course, we partnered with the luxury bridal brand Varca Studios. Our six-person team conducted extensive market research and product development to introduce two new product categories for the brand: a menswear line and a ready-to-wear bridal look. As Lead Merchandiser, I collaborated closely with designers and product developers while directing my team through consumer insights research, production timeline planning, and merchandising strategy. I also co-directed the visual aesthetic for the project, overseeing visual display concepts and event-based brand presentations to ensure a cohesive, luxury-focused brand experience.
